Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties
SELLER: SKD Group Turizm Tic. Ltd. Şti. — Kemeragzi District, Aksu, Antalya. BUYER: The natural or legal person who places an order on the website.
2. Subject of the Agreement
This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale of water sports services ordered electronically, in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
3. Service Information
The basic features of the services (type, quantity, price) are specified on the service description pages. All prices are listed inclusive of taxes.
4. Payment Method
Payments are securely processed through the VakıfBank virtual POS system via credit or debit card.
5. Service Delivery
The purchased service will be provided at our facilities on Kemeragzi beach at the agreed date and time. The service date may be changed due to weather conditions or safety requirements.
6. Right of Withdrawal
You may exercise your right of withdrawal up to 24 hours before the service begins. Simply notify us via WhatsApp or phone.
7. Jurisdiction
Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved by the Antalya Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts.
