Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Information
At Saraylar Diyari Water Sports, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This policy governs the refund and cancellation conditions for our services.
2. Cancellation Conditions
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the service start time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund. No refund is available once the service has started.
3. Weather-Related Cancellations
Activities cancelled due to adverse weather conditions (storm, high waves, etc.) will receive a full refund or a free transfer to another date.
4. Refund Process
Refunds are processed to the original credit/debit card used for payment. The refund may take 5-14 business days depending on your bank.
